The Trinity

 

From all eternity, God has existed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirt - three distinct Persons, yet one God. This means at the very center of reality isn't solitude, but relationship. Before anything was created, there was love - shared, enjoyed, and expressed within the being of God Himself.

This changes everything about how we understand life. If God were a single, isolated being, love would be something He had to learn or create. But because He is triune, love is who He is. 

When He made us, it wasn’t out of need, but out of overflow. We were created to be brought into that love - to be known, pursued, and welcomed into the life of God.

The Gospel then isn't just about forgiveness - it’s about inclusion. Through Christ, we're brought to the Father, and by the Spirit, we're made alive to enjoy Him. Salvation then isn't merely a legal transaction, but a relational restoration into the very life of the Trinity.

To know God isn’t simply to understand Him - but to be drawn into His love.
