Mt help comes from the Lord

 

There are moments in life

where everything pulls you down

The fear

The noise

The what if this never changes

And slowly…

you forget where your help comes from

But today—

Lift your eyes

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—

where does my help come from?

My help comes from the Lord…”

Psalm 121:1–2

Not from your strength

Not from your control

Not from having it all together

From Him

The same God

who holds the sky in place

is holding you

The same hand

that reaches into the heavens

is reaching toward you

So today—

Before you spiral

Before you carry it all alone

Before you let fear speak louder than truth

Look up

Because He is still there

Still faithful

Still present

Still reaching

And He hasn’t missed you 🤍
